Oui Productions asked me to consult as an interim Executive Director and oversee business development, marketing and identification of new verticals, in an effort to re-enter the market after a company restructure.
We identified and nurtured business in new markets such as the burgeoning cannabis industry, e-commerce production and built out an infrastructure for a collective of freelance producers under the parent company, while working on productions and general business development in the core offerings of fashion and beauty.
